This is a beautiful set of a center/punch bowl and footed stand. 
Some light wear on the gold feet and around the top rim of bowl. please view pictures. 
Base is signee D&C France and Bowl is signed JP&L France both are Limoges
 
These might have been married at some point in history but they work well with each other. Bowl is detailed with hand painted and has gold overlay. It is absolutely stunning in person. Bowl is 13 1/4" in diameter and on stand measures 9" tall
